When you shop for video backgrounds you’ll likely compare them based on quality. The quality of motion graphics comes down to good solid design. Good design fulfills a specific purpose. The Digital Hotcakes’ 3d animation team combines technical animation skills along with 3d artistry and story-boarding providing some of the most creative and fresh ideas in the marketplace. We use the Emmy winning 3d Modeling and Animation software, Lightwave 3d. This is the same software used to create fantastic effects for major blockbuster movies.  To achieve  photo realistic animations requires a keen understanding of 3d modeling, surfacing, and lighting. There is such a steep learning curve to acquire these skills, it truly takes a relentless dedication and a labor of love to accomplish.

With so many new start up companies churning out video backgrounds, we realized to stay competitive, we would need to create content that is original and difficult to imitate. Keeping you in mind, we make sure that within each volume there are many unique and diverse 3d animations giving you more choices and in turn making the volume more useful. We also save you time by including sound effects with many of our animations. For example, you’ll hear the crack of the bat and the swish of the basketball. The sounds heightens the level of realism. This realism is what sets us apart. We raise the bar with our sports volumes by including spectacular 3d animated players.
